Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Software Customer Success Associate to onboard and support customers using our environmental, health, and safety SaaS platform. You will guide onboarding, respond to tickets, and promote additional modules.

This role emphasizes independent learning, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service in a fully remote environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus
• Customer-centric, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers, guiding them through the process and resolving issues.
• Respond to support tickets across levels and propose the best solutions.
• Follow processes and policies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to add modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features that benefit them.
• Learn the software, domain knowledge, and customer problems independently.
• Demonstrate software and EH&S domain knowledge to customers.
• Actively contribute to the team and improve onboarding processes.
• Handle increasingly complex customer problems with scalable solutions.
