Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, is seeking a Customer Success Associate who will drive customer onboarding and ongoing support. You will guide customers through adoption, respond to tickets, and propose additional modules to maximize value.

Strong communication and a customer-centric approach are essential. The role is fully remote with a focus on onboarding efficiency, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across teams to ensure customer outcomes and renewals in a SaaS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers, minimizing time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across levels.
• Suggest and demo modules to customers to expand usage.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Inform customers of new features and benefits.
