Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to drive onboarding and ongoing support for customers remotely. You will advocate for customers, resolve issues, and guide users to maximize value from our SaaS EHS software.

The role emphasizes self-learning, collaboration with the team, and identifying opportunities to expand product usage through additional modules. A customer-centric mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Knowledge or experience in Environmental, Health & Safety is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of new customers and minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets at varying levels of complexity.
• Provide customers with the best option to solve their problem.
• Follow processes to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional modules and demo them.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality.
• Learn the software and EHS domain knowledge independently.
• Demonstrate learning and excellence with customers and teams.
• Tackle increasingly complex customer problems with guidance when needed.
