Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard customers, resolve issues, and support usage of our SaaS platform. This role emphasizes customer advocacy and delivering outstanding service in a fully remote environment.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, educate customers on features, and identify expansion opportunities while growing domain knowledge in environmental, health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers and minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across levels and provide the best problem-solving options.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with company goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and benefits.
• Learn software and domain knowledge to address customer problems.
• Demonstrate ongoing ability to handle increasingly complex issues.
