EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to drive onboarding and ongoing support for our environmental, health, and safety software. You will advocate for customers, ensuring successful adoption while working in a fully remote, engineering-led environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers, guiding them through the process and reducing time to value.
• Respond to support tickets across levels and present best options to solve issues.
• Follow processes to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand usage with additional modules and demonstrate benefits.
• Inform customers about new features and functionality that help them.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently to understand problems.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in onboarding and processes with scalable methods.
• Tackle increasingly complex customer problems using a structured approach.
