Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to guide onboarding and support for our SaaS platform from a fully remote role.

You will advocate for customers, solve problems, and learn the software and environmental, health and safety domain to ensure value and satisfaction across onboarding and ongoing usage. A strong emphasis on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge is a plus.
• Customer-centric, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers to minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across levels and provide the best resolution.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demonstrate them to customers.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software and environmental health and safety domain.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently and improve onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvement.
