EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, seeks a Customer Success Associate to drive onboarding, support, and customer advocacy for our SaaS platform. You will learn the software and environmental, health, and safety domain to help customers achieve success while working in a fully remote team environment.

Ideal candidates have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 1-3 years in Customer Success in a technology field.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers and minimize time to value.
• Respond to support tickets and offer best options to resolve issues.
• Follow processes to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and improvements.
