Job summary

EHS Insight is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support onboarding and ongoing success for customers using our environmental, health, and safety SaaS platform. This role is fully remote and supported by a distributed team across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Customer Success within a technology field, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1–3 years in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience onboarding customers and guiding their success with SaaS software.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers to minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across levels and provide best solutions.
• Suggest additional modules and demos to customers to expand usage.
• Inform customers of new features and how they benefit their environment.
• Learn the software and EH&S domain to better assist customers.
• Collaborate with team to improve onboarding processes and customer success.
