Job summary

EHS Insight is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard and support customers using our SaaS platform. You will work to minimize time to value, guide customers through onboarding, and resolve issues while identifying opportunities to expand usage through additional modules.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in customer success within a tech environment, with strong MS Office skills and interest in the EHS domain. Fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of new customers and minimize time to value.
• Guide customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets at various levels of complexity.
• Suggest and demo additional modules to customers to increase value.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality.
