EHS Insight is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard and support customers using our cloud-based EHS software. You will guide new users, resolve issues, and collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure customers realize value.

The role suits a proactive communicator with 1–3 years in customer success or a tech environment. This fully remote position offers flexible PTO, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to help customers improve safety and compliance across industries.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage onboarding of new customers and guide them to value.
• Respond to support tickets and provide optimal solutions.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities for additional modules and demos.
• Inform customers of new features and enhancements.
• Work independently and learn the software and domain knowledge.
• Demonstrate learning and domain expertise in EHS.
• Collaborate with the team to improve onboarding and processes.
