Job summary

EHS Insight is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support onboarding and ongoing success for customers using our SaaS EHS software. You will manage onboarding, respond to support tickets, and guide customers through feature adoption while learning the environmental, health and safety domain.

The role emphasizes customer advocacy, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Customer-centric, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and resolving issues.
• Respond to support tickets and offer the best solution, clarifying ambiguities and weighing pros/cons.
• Follow processes and policies to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality that will benefit them.
• Work independently to learn the software and domain knowledge.
