Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the USA remote role.

The BDR will drive a comprehensive demand generation strategy spanning acquisition, engagement, and conversion, using inbound and outbound tactics and a consultative selling approach. You will work with marketing and sales to grow leads, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities, and you will analyze performance with dashboards, forecast results, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Data-driven approach with proven lead growth and MQL/SQL attainment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Experience in B2B SaaS lead generation, funnel and campaign optimization.
• Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (Salesforce and Pardot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage strategy to grow business and drive leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities.
• Develop lead generation planning including goals, forecast and measuring results.
• Track KPIs and report performance via dashboards and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with sales on targeted account-based marketing campaigns.
• Nurture inbound and outbound leads to accelerate revenue.
