• Create and manage strategy to grow business and drive metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities).
• Develop Lead Generation planning: production goals, forecast, and results.
• Track KPIs and provide insights via dashboards and monthly reports.
• Improve lead quality and maximize pipeline and revenue.
• Nurture inbound/outbound leads with targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing targets.
• Support pipeline management and prospect follow-up.
