Job summary

EHS Insight, a leader in environmental, health and safety software, is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers. This is a fully remote role within select U.S. states, with up to 10% travel.

You will drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Onboarding and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience. Build relationships and demonstrate product value to maximize client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• An associate degree or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships and build trusted partnerships.
• Drive renewals and account growth through expansion opportunities.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demonstrations.
• Be a customer advocate and coordinate timely resolutions with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on communications, webinars, and product announcements.
• Maintain accurate account records, CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
