Job summary

EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager for an established customer portfolio. You will own relationships, drive renewals, and identify opportunities to expand across the EHS Insight SaaS ecosystem. Remote work is available within select U.S.

regions and occasional travel is expected. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Training, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize product value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A results-oriented mindset and the motivation to own your goals, manage your portfolio, and identify opportunities without waiting to be prompted.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex products and business value to a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships and drive renewals and account growth.
• Build trusted partnerships across your portfolio through regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations linking product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate account records, CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
