Job summary

EHS Insight Software seeks an Account Manager to nurture and grow an established portfolio with a remote-first model in participating states. You will renew contracts, expand opportunities, and demonstrate product value through strong relationships and clear business impact.

Collaborating with Sales, Support, Onboarding, and Marketing, you'll manage forecasts, maintain CRM records, and deliver outcomes aligned with revenue goals while helping customers maximize their investment in EHS Insight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• An associate degree or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships and build trusted partnerships across your portfolio through regular account reviews and proactive communication.
• Drive renewals and account growth by taking ownership of renewal revenue and expanding existing accounts.
• Become a product expert and lead customer-facing demonstrations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Be a customer advocate and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns and ensure resources for success.
• Collaborate across teams with Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs and relevant communications.
• Maintain account records, CRM activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipelines.
