Job summary

EHS Insight is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of customers and drive renewals and expansion. This remote role supports clients across select U.S. regions and involves coordinating with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Marketing to maximize customer value.

You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities to expand usage of EHS Insight’s SaaS platform, contributing to revenue growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, or sales engineering in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Results-driven with ability to own goals and manage a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own your customer relationships and renewal revenue.
• Drive renewals and account growth through proactive engagement.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations linking product capabilities to business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Training, and Marketing for a seamless customer experience.
