Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for the Western US, remote, with 30% travel across the US. You will grow our software and hardware product base by engaging existing clients, delivering product demos, and closing deals.

You will learn multiple software and hardware products, work with cross-functional teams, and drive quarterly quotas in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. A strong SaaS sales background and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 1 year in a closing role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or business-related field preferred.
• Experience using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas to meet sales quotas.
• Understand customer goals, timeline, budget, and authority; create account strategies.
• Maintain relationships with existing users and key potential customers.
