Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for Construction Technology (DEWALT) to drive new business from existing clients across the Western US. This remote role requires travel and quota attainment, with 30% travel across the US and remote base in CA or AZ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 1 year in a closing role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or business‑related field.
• Experience using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business from existing clients by cross-selling and expanding product usage.
• Learn multiple software and hardware products, provide online and in-person demos, and hit quarterly quotas.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Product Development to improve the client experience.
• Lead account strategies and manage mature account handoffs between teams.
• Drive expansion and maintain strong customer relationships across bookings.
