Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a high-performing Account Executive in Construction Technology to build and grow a remote Texas territory. You will prospect, demo software, and develop business cases to engage C-suite stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

You will drive adoption of Tool Connect Asset Management and expand into other construction technology offerings, collaborating with field sales, product and marketing teams. Travel 40–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a book of business through outbound prospecting, field engagement and partnerships.
• Lead discovery conversations and tailor presentations for multiple stakeholders.
• Build business cases around productivity, asset visibility and operational efficiency.
• Own opportunities from prospecting to close and expansion.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline including stages, next steps and forecasts.
