Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive for a high-growth SaaS company. This fully remote role targets mid-market and enterprise accounts with a base salary and uncapped commissions on a 50/50 split.

The ideal candidate will drive new business, manage full sales cycles, and grow existing relationships while delivering consultative technology solutions to key decision-makers across regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software to mid-market or enterprise.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals and generating revenue growth.
• Experience selling into regulated industries such as manufacturing, professional services, energy, utilities, finance, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
