Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing accounts for a leading AI-powered SaaS company. This fully remote role offers a base plus uncapped commissions on a 50/50 split.

You will manage complex B2B SaaS sales cycles, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and deliver consultative technology solutions across mid-market and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software solutions into mid-market or enterprise organizations.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities and familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
• A track record of exceeding sales goals and generating measurable revenue growth.
• Experience selling into regulated or knowledge-based industries such as manufacturing, professional services, energy, utilities, finance, or related sectors.
