Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and account growth for a high-growth SaaS provider. You will manage complex B2B sales cycles, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver consultative technology solutions that address critical business challenges.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software to mid-market or enterprise.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities with MEDDIC/Challenger or similar frameworks.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals and generating measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Leading discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
