Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and account growth across mid-market and enterprise organizations. This remote role focuses on managing complex sales cycles and delivering consultative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience and a track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments. Base salary is $140K with uncapped commissions and a 50/50 split.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software solutions to mid-market or enterprise.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities and familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
