Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is recruiting an Account Executive for a high-growth SaaS leader with a 50/50 base-to-uncapped earnings split. The role focuses on new business and account growth across mid-market and enterprise clients, requiring strong consultative selling and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, with a history of exceeding revenue targets and navigating complex buying cycles in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software into mid-market or enterprise.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
• Track record of exceeding sales goals and generating revenue growth.
• Experience selling into regulated industries such as manufacturing, professional services, energy, utilities, finance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts;
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close;
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management;
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders;
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions;
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting;
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
