Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing relationships within mid-market and enterprise accounts. This fully remote role offers a base plus uncapped commissions on a 50/50 split, with a focus on SaaS solutions and consultative selling.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, a track record of exceeding revenue targets, and experience in complex software sales across regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven success selling complex software solutions into mid-market or enterprise
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles
• Strong consultative selling capabilities and familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives
