Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive for high-growth AI-powered SaaS solutions. Remote role supporting mid-market and enterprise accounts with a 50/50 base-to-commission structure.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, excels at complex deals, and can navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups while delivering tailored technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling complex software to mid-market or enterprise.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer cycles.
• Strong consultative selling skills with MEDDIC/Challenger or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expand existing relationships through strategic account management.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams to tailor solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quota objectives.
