Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and account growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software solutions into mid-market or enterprise organizations.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities and familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
• A track record of exceeding sales goals and generating measurable revenue growth.
• Experience selling into regulated or knowledge-based industries such as manufacturing, professional services, energy, utilities, finance, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts;
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close;
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management;
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders;
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions;
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting;
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
