Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and account growth for a leading AI-powered document management SaaS provider. The role covers mid-market and enterprise accounts, with full-cycle B2B sales in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
This remote, fully distributed position offers a 50/50 base-to-commission split, unlimited earnings potential, and comprehensive benefits.
Formación
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success selling complex software to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying cycles with MEDDIC/Challenger-like methodologies.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and close new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Expand existing client relationships through strategic account management.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quota objectives.
