SOCi, a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, seeks Property Account Executives to drive revenue by securing new multi-family/property management accounts and expanding existing relationships.

Ideal candidates are results-driven SaaS sales professionals with enterprise experience and a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes. This is a 100% remote opportunity in the United States.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales or account management experience.
• Experience in property/multifamily vertical or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to tailor solutions and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Retain and grow revenue within Book of Business in property management.
• Prospect net new logos; build pipeline to meet quotas (3X minimum).
• Maintain outbound activity as defined by leadership.
• Understand client KPIs and maximize SOCi platform value.
• Collaborate with SDR, CS and other support teams.
• Use Clari and Salesforce to track performance and renewal forecasts.
• Provide weekly updates and forecasting to senior leadership.
• Stay current on SOCi technologies and services.
