Job summary

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing for multi-location brands, seeks Property Account Executives to drive revenue by winning new multi-family accounts and expanding existing relationships. You’ll target senior decision-makers and align SOCi’s platform with client KPIs, collaborating with SDR, CS and support teams to maximize value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quota-carrying SaaS sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales or account management experience.
• Experience managing accounts in the property/multifamily vertical.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow revenue within a book of business of property management accounts.
• Prospect for new logos while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with SDR, CS and support teams to deliver superior service.
