Job summary

SOCi is seeking Property Account Executives to drive revenue by securing multi-family client accounts and expanding opportunities in existing relationships. You will target decision-makers and leverage SOCi solutions to meet strategic objectives.

The role is remote and focused on the property management vertical. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in quota-carrying SaaS sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record in enterprise sales within digital marketing for

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role in SaaS.
• Experience selling to property/multi-family verticals.
• Strong communication and strategic solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow revenue within a Book of Business of Property Management accounts.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Meet/exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets (3x).
• Track performance using Clari/Salesforce; provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with SDR/CS teams to ensure client success.
