Job summary

SS&C Technologies seeks a Sales Executive for Property Management Software to build pipeline and close net-new business remotely across the United States. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, and work with clients in residential and commercial markets.

The role requires 2+ years in SaaS property management sales, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to exceed quota targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SaaS outside/growth Property Management Sales with a track record of exceeding quota targets.
• Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive new business, outbound prospecting messaging, and sequencing.
• Industry knowledge of property management trends, challenges and client needs.
• Technical proficiency to quickly grasp software features and convey value.
• Team collaboration across product, marketing and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Understand Skyline product offering and sales strategy, and markets.
• Establish trusting relationships with key prospects and manage the sales cycle.
• Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
• Track activities in SFDC and forecast closing dates and values.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address product or service issues and close deals.
