Qualifications

• 2+ years SaaS outside/growth property management sales with quota targets.
• Strong ability to drive new business and manage client relationships.
• Deep understanding of property management trends and challenges to tailor solutions.
• Experience communicating platform value to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborates across product, marketing and support to ensure great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline and establish relationships with decision makers at prospects.
• Articulate Skyline value proposition and demonstrate product capabilities.
• Conduct discovery calls, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Maintain accurate activity records and forecast opportunity closures.
• Upsell additional Skyline products and services as appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
