Job summary

SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is seeking Property Account Executives to drive revenue growth by securing new multi-family accounts and expanding opportunities within existing ones.

This role targets enterprise SaaS buyers in the property management sector and requires a strategic, results-driven salesperson who can align SOCi's platform with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of quota-carrying sales or account management in SaaS.
• Experience managing accounts in the property/multifamily vertical.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Willing to adapt to changes in job description as deemed necessary by the business.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow revenue within your Book of Business in the property management space.
• Prospect net new logos, with a strong emphasis on enterprise opportunities.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline goals (3X minimum).
• Maintain outbound activity as defined by leadership to ensure growth.
• Understand client KPIs and ensure they derive maximum value from the SOCi platform.
• Collaborate with SDR, CS and other support teams to deliver superior service.
• Use Clari and Salesforce to track account performance and renewal forecasts.
• Provide weekly updates and forecasting to senior leadership.
