Job summary

OneStream, a finance-operating system leader, seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive new logo acquisitions and expand strategic accounts. You will prospect, build pipelines, and close complex SaaS deals while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and CS teams to accelerate deal velocity.

You will articulate value to senior stakeholders, manage multi-threaded sales cycles, and travel up to 50% to meet objectives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales with a strong focus on new business.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas with net-new customers.
• Experience in prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing complex deals.
• Hunter mindset with outbound strategy across multiple channels.
• Able to articulate value to senior stakeholders in multi-threaded cycles.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales approaches.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition through prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and referrals.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by aligning needs with OneStream solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Keep Salesforce clean to support forecasting and alignment.
• Prepare and present tailored business cases and SaaS agreements.
• Balance new business and existing account growth to meet targets.
• Serve as a consultative partner delivering insights for long-term success.
• Articulate OneStream differentiators in written, virtual, and in‑person presentations.
• Track and forecast opportunities with timely knowledge transfer.
• Conduct discovery sessions and demos to align offerings with client challenges.
• Create high-impact proposals in response to client requests.
