Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and account growth for a leading AI-powered document management software company. The role targets mid-market and enterprise accounts with a 3+ year track record in B2B SaaS sales.

The position offers Base + 50/50 uncapped commissions, with a fully remote work model and a remote-first setup. Ideal candidates have experience navigating complex sales cycles and delivering consultative technology

Competenze

3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
Proven success selling complex software to mid-market or enterprise.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.
Strong consultative selling capabilities; familiarity with MEDDIC or Challenger.
Track record of exceeding sales goals and generating revenue growth.
Experience selling into regulated or knowledge-based industries.

Mansioni

Develop and close new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Expand existing client relationships through strategic account management.
