Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive for a high-growth, AI-powered document management SaaS company. This role focuses on driving new business and expanding strategic accounts across mid-market and enterprise segments.

You will manage complex sales cycles, build relationships with decision-makers, and deliver consultative technology solutions. The position is remote with a strong earning potential through a 50/50 base-to-uncapped commission split.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven history of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments.
• Experience selling complex software solutions into mid-market or enterprise.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expand existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quota objectives.
