Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and growth for a leading AI-powered document management SaaS company. This fully remote role targets mid-market and enterprise accounts across the US, with a base plus uncapped commissions (50/50 split) and a robust benefits package.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, a track record of exceeding revenue targets, and is adept at managing multi-stakeholder sales

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management.
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
