Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Account Executive for a high-growth AI-powered document management software company. You will drive new business across mid-market and enterprise, manage full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

This fully remote role offers a base salary up to $140K with uncapped commissions and a 50/50 payout split, plus extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success selling complex software to mid-market or enterprise organizations.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles.

Responsibilities

• Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts;
• Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close;
• Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management;
• Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders;
• Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions;
• Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting;
• Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
