Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Account Executive to engage directly with customers, consult on how to optimize their use of the platform, and convert signups into paying customers.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with product and support teams, and act as the company face to deliver exceptional service across diverse industries. Remote work from Mon-Fri is required, and fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS.
• Strong quota attainment history.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert and the primary contact for customers.
• Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline.
• Be the face of Connecteam and uphold outstanding customer service.
• Influence product development based on client feedback and needs.
• Collaborate cross-department to share insights and drive results.
• Show initiative with independence and ownership.
