Job summary

Connecteam, the leading platform for deskless teams, seeks an SMB Account Executive in the US, including Florida. You will own the full sales cycle, consult diverse businesses, and drive paying customers while delivering top-tier service. Remote work Mon–Fri is supported.

You’ll engage cross-functionally to influence product and expand our customer base, targeting growth in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong focus on relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS.
• Strong quota attainment history in SaaS sales.
• Excellent client relationships across org levels.
• Self-learner with high independence.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Experience with CRM and project tools.
• Energetic, positive, and motivated.
• Remote work capability: Mon–Fri.
• Spanish or French skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle for assigned accounts.
• Maintain and grow an account pipeline.
• Be the face of Connecteam to clients.
• Influence product with client feedback.
• Collaborate across departments to satisfy customers.
