Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Account Executive to consult businesses and convert signups into paying customers. You will manage the full sales cycle, own your pipeline, and act as the company’s voice to clients, delivering top-tier service.

You will influence product with client feedback and collaborate across teams. Remote work Mon-Fri is required, with a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and strong quota attainment expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies.
• Strong quota attainment history and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent client relations and stakeholder management.
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and highly independent.
• Strong time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Energetic, positive, and a team player.
• Ability to work remotely Mon-Fri is required.
• Spanish or French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
