Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle and grow paying customers for a deskless workforce platform. You will become a product expert and advise businesses across industries, while delivering top-notch service and collecting valuable feedback.

As the face of Connecteam, you will influence product direction, collaborate across departments, and work remotely Mon-Fri in a fast-paced, high-growth startup. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS.
• Strong quota attainment history.
• Strong relationship-building across organizational levels.
• Self-motivated with high independence.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Experience using CRM and project tools.
• Energetic, positive and motivated.
• Able to work remotely Mon-Fri.
• Spanish or French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline.
• Be the face of Connecteam and the client liaison for your accounts.
• Influence product direction based on client needs and feedback.
• Share information across departments to align on client outcomes.
