Job summary

Connecteam is hiring an SMB Account Executive to drive sales for its deskless-team platform. You will consult businesses to convert sign-ups into paying customers, deliver top-tier service, and relay client insights to improve the product. This role emphasizes remote work, quota attainment, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be the bridge between product, market, and multiple teams, owning the full sales cycle and contributing to Connecteam's growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies.
• Strong record of quota attainment.
• Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
• Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
• Ability to work remotely Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for your accounts and manage your own pipeline.
• Be the face of Connecteam and maintain outstanding customer service.
• Influence product direction based on client feedback and needs.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally and share information to drive results.
• Initiate independence and ownership of responsibilities.
