Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to support the delivery of real‑world data engagements across the life sciences industry. You will analyze claims, lab, EMR, and other data sources, transforming them into actionable insights for biopharma clients.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, PowerPoint skills and a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem. Collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, and statisticians is essential, with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and life sciences industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR) to support analytical use cases.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define requirements.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analysis-ready formats; maintain data docs and lineage.
