Job summary

Norstella is seeking a high-energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support the delivery of real-world data engagements across the life sciences industry. You will analyze claims, lab results, EMR, and other real-world data to extract actionable insights and drive evidence-based decisions.

The role requires a strong background in SQL, data analysis, and collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, and healthcare professionals. A US-focused healthcare understanding is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Epidemiology, CS).
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience with claims, lab data, EMR/EHR.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem and data analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze healthcare data sources including claims, labs, EMR to support analytical use cases.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians to define requirements.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analysis-ready formats.
• Translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights.
