Job summary

Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to support the delivery of real-world data engagements across the life sciences industry. You will query and analyze a variety of healthcare data sources, turning analytic outputs into consultative business insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, Excel, PowerPoint skills and 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience, with the ability to collaborate with clinicians and data scientists in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Public Health, CS).
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR) to support RWD engagements.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytic requirements and deliver insights.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats; maintain data quality and lineage.
