Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant in the United States to support our RWD engagements across the life sciences sector. You will query and analyze claims, lab results, EMR, and other real-world data to uncover actionable insights.

The role combines business acumen with analytical and technical skills, collaborating with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to deliver outcomes while ensuring data quality and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL proficiency.
• Understanding of US healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR, RWD).
• Enhance understanding of healthcare trends and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals.
• Clean, validate, and transform data; maintain data documentation and lineage.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
