Job summary

Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to support the delivery of RWD engagements across the life sciences sector. You will query and analyze healthcare data (claims, lab, EMR) and translate analytic outputs into actionable insights, working with clinicians, data scientists, and healthcare professionals.

You will join the RWD Engagement Team, contribute to data documentation, data quality, and develop solutions leveraging Norstella’s unified Real World Data asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience.
• Understanding of US healthcare ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• SQL querying ability.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze diverse healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR).
• Enhance understanding of healthcare trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and professionals to define analytical requirements.
• Clean, validate, and transform data for analysis with quality controls.
